Edu/multi Entry Thai Visa Via Bali

Going to Bali next month for holiday and the hope of obtaining an educational (1 year - i have the required paperwork from a dive school) or a multi entry tourist visa. I am an American and by the time I leave Thailand for Bali will have been here for 6 months. I arrived Thailand in May on a Non-Imm-B and then got a single entry tourist visa in Kota Baru. These are the only entries in this new passport. Any information/experience would be appreciated including the address/location of the Thai consulate in Denpasar. I have found an address online but many posts imply it may not be correct. Thanx.
