Email Browser

Featured Replies

Every time I open my Yahoo account I am requested to sign in even if I tick the box to stay signed in for 2 weeks. Sometimes when if I am signed in and reply to an email I am asked to sign in again. Its a bit frustrating.

Any help gatefully appreciated. I saw a comment on this problem that I may have two browsers..and the browser that is not being used sometimes sends cookies to overide Internet Exporer which I use.

How do I find if there is a second inactive browser if this is the problem and remove it

Sorry but not computer illiterate and not sure what cookies are any way.

you most likely have previously said "do not remember me" or "do not automatically sign me in" at one point and now that preference is set and will not be overrided by re-checking "keep me signed in". you need to clean your cookies and your cache. if you don't know how to do this, try this link:

You could also try Mozilla Thunderbird or other freeware software. Much nicer to read / write mails and gives you access to your emails also offline.

Myself use Firefox and the gmail Email, have done for years.

There is a new tool Import mail & contacts New! have added both Yahoo and Hotmail accounts, so no longer have to go to Yahoo or Hotmail. You can add more Email addresses if you have them.... At the moment gmail has a standard storage of 7383 MB this you can upgrade if you need something bigger
