My 90 day report is due early November and my non immigration visa is due just prior to Christmas, do I go to the new

immigration office in Chaeng Wattana or Suan Plu to attend to these matters.

Suan Plu is no more, they moved end of September to Chaeng Wattana.

If you live in Bangkok you go to Chiang Wattana. If you live elsewhere you go to the office that serves your area (there is a huge number of new offices - almost every province).
