permit to build house?

soil quality?

electricity plot //water available 50m from the land,have to bring in

As the plot is down an hill(small),where is the best place for the house?

flooding risks?

building materials for houses quality,

need quotes,plan from serious house builders,

...

I have a rough idea about all of that.

Looking for old wood house as well (not teakwood)

I'm ready to pay for professionals advises or consulting.

You should also consider the surroundings in terms of noise, security etc. Any kareoke bars nearby? What's planned to be built in the area in the near future? Factories etc?
