There is most likely quite a few people who know who's doing what, and they are not saying anyhting. Why can't the good policemen, military men and politicians do the same? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> the others who dont turn these ppl in r because :- 1) they agree 2) they are afraid....of the guns, priests, what others may say about their faith....etc... The only thing needed for the triamph of evil is when good people do nuthing... good policemen and politiacians.....very rare find... they would probably wont last long or stay at lower positions....if they try turnin somone in they would be penelty posted in some jungle or something... sajal Posted April 4, 2005 Share Posted April 4, 2005 motor bike bombs....the trend in south thai... in lee garden plaza at hat yai they have booths where they check all the cars and motorbikes for bombs... the motor bikes r checked....not so properly i suppose... only the bottom of the cars r checked...and very very rarely they wanna see the luggage compartment... <deleted>...if i wanted to carry a bomb in, i would put it inside the car.... or maybe the resistance here isint rich enough to afford car-bombs....uncle osama hasnt called yet... I also have many Muslim friends, i am from Slough in the UK so nearly all my mates are either pakistani, bangladeshi or muslim... I may have several Muslim friends, but that does not stop one from seeing that there is a split between the Muslims and the rest of the world. It is not a racist argument... how can it be.. muslims are from many countries and racism is a nationalistic policy. The reality is that Muslims are attacking other religions because they want to separate themselves from the rest of the world... that is racism. If you think about how police can get away with frying people's balls and pissing on them, and shamelessy claim moral superiority, and then snatch in the broad daylight the only person who tried to help, what feelings that might induce in people who feel closely affiliated with the victims? After that violence only feeds on itself. I mean, those terrorists don't appear to have any long term plan for their struggle, no ideology, no political platform or tools. Even the leaders of well established separatist groups seem to be at a loss. And now it just snowballed beyond any limits, to the point of no return. You have a point, though not sure how true some of them are. But it is really difficult to think of any excuses for those sort of behaviours. Like seeing when innocent people being decapitated and telling myself that those people had no alternatives. And they are victims themselves as well. I understand that there are quite a few million muslims in Thailand. Can't they just group up and voice out. And do something in a different way if they think they are so unfairly treated. What are you going to do about it...., they just laugh. This do not just happen in Lee Gardens Plaza but in Carrefour, Central as well. I think they are just doing it because they are doing it and its has never been effective. I was in Manila last year and I have to say that the security check in Manila is way much more efficient than what they are doing in Hat Yai. I think with this I really hope that the security dept of these complexes will look into. I think they should also look into the bag of customers going into any buildings as well. Folks, there goes your freedom to come and go as you please inside the airports around here. Security is now in effect, and those not traveling are barred from going past a checkpoint. In Don Muang, this means the area where you go inside a fence area, check your bags in and then exit out the other end, and still walk around. Well that area now is going to be closed off to the non flyers, so once you check in that's it, and away you go to immigrations directly. Now that part is ruined to us the public of being with our friends or family before we see immigrations etc. So why don't we give thanks to these frickin terrorists or bombers in their name of their frickin Allah!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I swear if I see just one of those Bozo's or observe them doing something out of the ordinary like tucking one under the seat or placing it down and then leaving it behind deliberately, I won't hesitate to terminate them first and ask questions later. We the public have had enough of their bull and they ought to be sent to shiola and never come back. I have said it before in the past that the security of these airports here is way too lax and it was a disaster waiting to happen. They came awful close to the airport itself. Anymore than that it will be the planes. Just seeing the plans and drawings of the new airport now being built, god help all of us. There is nothing to stop them from having a field day. Even the fuel tanks are outside of the airport itself. Just viset. There is no secured perimeter around that new airport, much less one can literally get inside and kiss the planes tires without a problem. The other scary part is on Don Muang Highway upper level, one can simply stop a car, point that deadly hand missile launcher and viola. It is a clear and unobstructive view!!!!!!! for several kilometers!!!!!!! They can pick anything within sight. It is also very easy to enter the security perimeter there too. Unheard of in America. If these Bozo's want to separate and have their own piece of territory, sure why not, Thailand and or Malaysia have many islands off the coast, so give them that piece of Island. This way they are off the mainland and out of circulation and they can fend for themselves. Then the Security forces can secure this Island of these Individuals and contain them right smack there. Only way out is via Boat and there will be no boats provided to them. Hmmmmmmm something like the former San Quentin Federal Penitentiary off the coast of San Fran. It was an Island my friends.
