My GF wants to buy a mobile phone where she can download a Thai-English-Thai and Thai-Japanese-Thai talking dictionary.

The only company who seem to offer such software is Lingvosoft, and they only offer it for Smartphones using Windows Mobile or Poclet PC OS.

So we want to review phones which use this OS and which offer the following:

Operating menu in Thai

MP3

Browser (wap or html)

According to my Googling, smartphones which use this OS include HTC and some Samsung models.

Especially for the HTC phones, does anyone have details about whether or not the operating menu is in Thai language, and typical prices etc.
