About the tax clearence document required when you leave the country when staying over 90 days.

What does apply to me and others that have 1 year marriage visa and are not working in Thailand.  but have income from abroad.

Do I have to pay tax in Thailand for the amounts that I transfer to my Thai bank every month ?

If so it's better to have the money stay in the bank in my home country.  thus no money to tax.. or..

Enlighten me please..   ???

Although still printed on every TM.6 as item 6 it has not enforced for more than a decade.  If you ask immigration about it they will advise you that it is not required.

Ok, Thanks, will do.

When I went back to Sweden in April I was on a Multi Non-O Visa, and because I never stayed 90+ days I was told I didn't have to show the document when I left Thailand.

But when my visa now has changed I wondered about what applies..

I will check with the immigration office.
