Rayong Repair Shops?

Featured Replies

I just recently bought my wife a 2003 Honda CR-V (98k km's) and I wanted to have the services (oil, oil filter, air filter, fuel filter) done before I have to leave for awhile. I took the car to the Cockpit at LaemThong in Rayong and they told me that only the Honda dealer can change the oil because this vehicle has an automatic transmission. I've never heard of anything like this in the US. Has anyone else?

I took the car to Honda in Rayong and they said it would be about 4.5 hours before they would be done. This seems like a very long time to me. I could understand if they were backed up but they didn't appear to have much of anything going on in the shop. Can anyone recommend a good repair shop in Rayong?
