Does any-one here have any idea how much a  "Modest"  2 Bed house might cost up in the Phetchabun area--I understand that a Falang cannot own the land--but can lease for 30 years--If Falang is buying for Thai wife/girlfriend on a 50/50 arrangement can she own the land ??-What about an apartment [condo} does the same apply ? and what price range to they come in ?---------Thanks

I have a related question...I'm planning to move to Bangkok in the July, 2003 timeframe.  I'd like to buy a condo - can anyone recommend a real estate agent?

Homefinders is based in Pattaya and one of the directors is Peter Smith whom I have known for many years and has a good reputation.
