Meridian007
The title states most of my question. I'm starting usage of this to assist in mental clarity and focus. The enzymes and vitamins in it are supposed to help with this, and I specifically started looking for a product that contains Tyrosine or Phenylalanine after reading about them being the natural sources the body uses to promote the formation of neurotransmitters. I'm just worried about any side-effects or contraindications from this product. I remember when Ginko Biloba was the darling of the supplement market until people started having stokes from it. Anyone have experience with this? One capsule (daily intake) contains: 140mg - Tyrosine 140mg - Methionine 120mg - Lysine Monohydrochloride 100mg - Theanine 100mg - Glutamine 20mg - Nicotinamide 0.2mg - Folic Acid 0.2mg - B12 (1%)
jackoneilone
junk. if u would like to increase your cognitive abilities, protect from alzhemiers etc etc then get high epa/dha fish oil caps piracetam or some variant of racetam huperzine a vinpocetine choline those are much more potent and worth spending on. besides in bulk powder its cheaper too. and if u want the relaxation etc of phenlylanine get pea phenylethylamine instead. hhgz
"I'm starting usage of this to assist in mental clarity and focus." With mental clariy and focus, you'll see that the supplement that you are taking is pure bunk.
