Just wondered if anyone has ever had any spidery veins removed from their face by a doctor in Chiang Mai?

I asked at one place in Chiang Mai Land and the doctor there said the procedure involved using a small electrically charged needle to cut through them. I know there are dozens of skin care/beauty clinics in town, but was hoping someone has had this done in Chiang Mai and could recommend a place to me.
