The above is from another of Thai Rath's political cartoons (my daily crossword puzzle). I'm not sure if I'm stretching things with my translation:

How much more can you believe?

Anyone care to comment?

Might this be, alternatively, "Is there any credibility left?" or "How much credibility remains?"

What do you think?

I think DH is pretty much spot on. Another could be "How much is there left to believe?".

Taking the เท่าไร less literally (as it's rhetorical anyway) and looking at เชื่อ more specifically as a shortening of เชื่อมั่น: "What is left to be confident about?"

Anyway, I think we're all on much the same track.

I thought it was a play on เหลือเชื่อ (unbelievable).

All seem to be pretty much along the same lines.....good enough for my daily crossword. Thanks
