I wonder where I can find info about Retirement visa. I live in Thailand since many years and have a work permit as a teacher.

My wife is Singaporean and our youngest are 14 and 11. I wonder are there any requirements for the kids and the wife or can they get

a dependent visa? Is 800.000 enough for all of us?

Is it true that I need a statement from my Embassy showing no criminal records?

1. Requirement is 800k in bank account your name only for two months. Or income of 65k per month or a combination.

2. Once you obtain the extension of stay wife and children can take copy of your passport and proof of relationship to obtain non immigrant O visas and then extend to match you. No more funds in bank would be required.

3. No there is not such criminal record document requirement.

If you mean to continue working you are unlikely to get a Work Permit if you on a Retirement Extension of stay.
