Equally interested in the best beaches you have ever visited in the world. This is not from someone who is working to gather info here, just a beach lover....I,m a mechanic not a market researcher. Personally.....best beach in Thailand was((1995) Bamboo Island close to Koh Pi Pi.....sorry dont know the Thai name for the island, last beach I went to was Jomtien and its a disgrace. Also visited Koh Bulone which was lovely, close to Koh Tarataou near Satun. Best beaches of all time ,,for me,,,are the stretch of beaches along the Carribean coast in the Tyrona National Park in Colombia (1994). thecatman Posted November 22, 2009 Share Posted November 22, 2009 Favourite beach in Thailand is Bottle Beach Koh Phanghan, although my first time at Maya Bay was memorable.....I went not long after tsunami....my longtail was the only boat there, and me and my girl were the only people on the beach for well over an hour......Paradise!!
