Adding A Wireless Connection To A Network.

The setup:

1. Notebook with 802 Wireless connection,

2. Desktop with TP-LINK TL-WIN31G (USB Wireless connection),

3. Wireless ADSL2+ and 4 Port Router DLink DSL-2640T

The notebook is connected trough the Wireless connection to the router and works fine.

I want to add the desktop to the existing Wireless connection.

I have plugged the TL-WIN31G in the desktop and installed the software, but I can get no access to the DSL 2640T.

Do I need to make any changes to the setup of the DSL-2640T in order to access thoe router from the desktop?

How can I make the connection desktop - router in order that I can access via Wireless the files of the desktop (Wiresless Network)?

TIA
