Printer Refurb Service?

Does anyone know if there's a shop around the Pattaya area that can service or refurbish computer printers?

I have a Lexmark oem type printer/scanner combo that was sold as a DELL printer paired with a DELL computer. The scanner still works well, but the printer needs a thorough cleaning and new cartridge. Preferably one of the re-filled cartridges, not the new ones that cost half the price of a new printer -- I tried a couple of re-filled carts from fly-by-night TukCom booth bandits that didn't work.

I don't do enough printing to justify a new printer and would like to find someone who could put this unit back in service.
