I want to start a new company and I need work permits for three farangs. I understand I have to have two million baht in capital for each work permit, but does this have to be paid up capital, or can it be simply unissued share capital? And if it is paid up capitalm, is there anything to stop me paying this money back to investors, say, after three months?

with so much naivity involved, u would be better off to buy a Bangkok Post and check the advertisement section where you will find a lot of consulting-companies who can assist you.

and some consulting companies have even been Thaivisa-Sponsors in the past (though I don't know about the current situation).
