Sorridstroker
Ok I am in the process of sorting out all the paperwork for a UK settlement visa. Now I have read the UK border agency's website info on TB certificate it has a link to the thai visa partner for specific info on this certificate, this link however contains no relevant info that I can find. Basicly I want to know: At what stage in the application is this required? Where can we get it? (we live in Ubonratchathani so local to there would be preferable) How much does it cost? How long is it valid? Thanks
sumrit
Your wife will need to hand the TB certificate in to the VFS centre along with her visa application and other supporting documentation so she needs to get it first. TB tests can only be carried out at the International Organisation for Migration (IOM) Kasemkij Building 8th Floor, 120 Silom Road Bangrak, Bangkok 10500 See http://www.ukvac-th.com/tb.aspx for more information. If your wife needs to do a sputum test as well as having the xray she will be required to stay in Bangkok for about five days while this is carried out. The certificates are valid for six months.
