Hi there, yes there are 3 satellite recievers available in Thailand that use HDMI outputs:

1: Topfield 7700

2: Winsat 2010 HDPVR

3: Vinasat (Vietnam HD)

All available from Satthai.tv prices from around 11,000 - 12,000 baht. If you are looking for HD tv, vietnam is the only one around here (have 8 free channels at the moment) and truevision occasionally use HD for their football.
