Using A Cat - Mc727 Usb Modem On Windows 7

Ive just installed Windows 7 ultimate on to my PC and tried to install the software for my CAT MC727 USB Modem,

from the supplied CD. For some reason it will not run or load on to Windows 7 , ( Ok on Windows XP ) is any one here running

the CAT MC727 USB modem on Windows 7 , if so how did you manage it . Advice and comments most welcome

It ain't going to work until Novaltel comes up with the Drivers for W 7 and the MC 727.

We need mass emails to Novatel to sort this problem, it annoying... Mac, Vista & XP are all fine.

Hi, thanks I gave it a try but sadly no luck

I can't understand how a large company like Novatel has not provided the current software for Windows 7 , now as my only internet connection

is through my MC727 , I will have to stop using Windows 7 , until Novatel wake up .

Yes that works, but a nuisance to have to turn on two computers... been there .... done that! The old laptop is almost at "deaths door".... !

Novatel thought they would have a solution in a few days, that was two weeks ago!
