Is It Pssible Make Non-b Visa In Laos Even When Have Tr Visa

sorry, just a question

i have a 3 enrty TR visa valid until 30.04.2010.

for renewing 5yr drivinglicence i need a non b or o visa..

question

if i apply for NOn Immigrant in vientiane and receive it, ( company cocuments i have ),,, they cancell the old tr visa or not. bcs non b is only valid 3 month,,,,but my tr i can use with the last entray until august 2010

They will cancel your tourist visa before issuing another visa. You are not allowed to have two valid visas at the same time.
