Anyone Else Ripped Off By Top Up Tv Via Dtv?

Hi.

Paid for my Top up TV im receiving through DTV 3 weeks ago for the 3 months subscriction as i like to watch the Australian news in the the morning and sometimes Fox Crime. Now 3 of the 5 channels i paid for have been reomoved including both of these. The 'help desk' are saying is for improvemnents purposes and its likely to be off for 2 more months. The help desk cannot / will not say what improvements can be made by them to these imported channels and the manager was "absent' when i asked for him.

I guess they hope i will forget i paid for a service that i didnt receive as it wasnt too expensive.

On a side note, when i asked the help desk operator ' if he would be happy if he had bought the service jist to have it cut off?.. i got the reply ''but i didnt buy it so cannot say'',,,i shouldnt have asked this should i

Anyways,, just be aware folks.
