I doubt very much if you can buy vaporiser in Thailand

I would be amazed if you cannot find that in some of the local markets. Have you tried Jatujak? Bring a picture with you and possibly an explanation in Thai when you go and look for it. I have not seen them personally, though. One option for you is to build it by yourself or order from abroad.

I think they are illegal but I will talk to a couple friends who know the local headshops. I think Kowsan might be your best bet.

it is an upside down soldering iron with a bowl on the end, covered with a jar. Experiment.

Never noticed any drug paraphernalia there, even bongs.. Maybe because I'm so paranoid about the drug scene there that I switch off to it. Might have to order one in from Holland.. unused of course.

Try Khao San Rd. Plenty of pipes for sale along the main strip.
