Vac Regents House, Bangkok

Featured Replies

hello,

the time is nearly apon me and the girlfriend, after 14 months of being together, to try and acheive a VV to the UK. Im holidaying down in Phuket over Xmas and New year for 2 weeks before flying back to the UK.

The plan is for me and the girlfriend to visit bangkok the day before i fly back home. I know im not allowed in the VAC, but wanted to give my girlfriend some moral support and travel there with her, so she can get the biometrics taken and submit the supporting documentation.

Do any members who have been in similar situations know of any reasonable accomodation nearby. It will only be for the night before i fly back to the UK, and my girlfriend travels home. The only accomodation of i have seen nearby is the intercontinental, which is slightly expensive!!! Don't et me wrong i dont want to stay in a dump, but dont want to pay over £100 for one nights stay also.

Any help or reccomendations please,

Thanks in advance

Spent hours trailing the net for accommodation some months ago whilst doing the same and finally found "I RESIDENCE".

It's adjacent to CHONG NONSI Skytrain which is only approx 7 mins and just 2 stops from Regents House. Have a look at via Agoda Website and TripAdvisor for reviews. I found it probably the best alternative to the high-end hotels around Regents House.

Good luck. :)
