I am thinking about to "open" a new online food shop, mainly butcher products.

We have a new butcher production here in Phuket and made already a delivery test last week to one of our members here.

All products have been received well and our quality has been approved.

I am in the middle of creating a price list for this little shop now.

Any suggestions for products, service and pricing?

From what I have read of your posts I would be more interested in ordering online your imported cheeses priced and sold in 100g quantities.... payment via ATM deposit to your account with slip either faxed or scanned/email.

Hi, Yes I would use you if you can send items to Isaan, just south of Loei to be precise, what products will you offer, descent sausages would be nice!!!!

I would be interested in good sausages, especially Cumberland and possibly bacon if the price was right and the packaging ensures the goods are still cold when they arrive.

Our "test customer" received a couple of different sausages, hams and bacon.

He was very happy with our quality , all products are vacuum packed and we send them in a foam box with dry ice.

The test we made was very tough:

Because of the public holiday the test parcel was for 4 days on the road but everything arrived fresh and cold!
