I ticked the boxes:don't accept toolbars and extras etc. Now Yahoo has taken over my pc browser, stolen 1cm of space with Yahoo stuff and I can't close it plus added a load of favourites. Why don't you insist that they install something good like the free and fabulous eyeball chat..... http://www.eyeballchat.com/download/ if you right click the web cam screen and reduce the quality settings you can get a fair video chat abroad. Otherwise you can change your browser to something other than Explorer as they offer more control over 3rd party plug ins.
