Hello guys,

My wifes 2 year spouse visa is up on the 20th of this month and i was wondering if anybody has the address were i exstend it in England, we hace 2 children born here in the uk does that not entitle her too be able to apply for a ILR Visa or doea she still have to pass the british test ( it very hard for her to go to college with 2 children under 20 month.....thanks for any advice guys

She has to either pass the Life in the UK test or get a certificate from a college to go for ILR. You will have to apply for another 2 years FLR.

Information on how to apply for ILR as the spouse of a UK resident can be found here.

As CharlieB says, having children does not exempt her from the knowledge of life and language in the UK requirement. If she has not done so by the time her current leave to remain expires then she will need to extend it by applying for FLR. See here.
