Just returned from Prachuab Kiri Khan Bike week. Rode out with The Blue Dragon guys from Hua Hin. 2 R1's, 2 CBR1000's and my 848.

Met up with a rider on a huge BMW tourer in Prachuab and went for seafood past the airforce base. Warning! Don't eat the oysters.

Some decent secenery aroung here. Btw, the CBR1000 rider in the foreground doesn't look too happy after we thought it would be a good idea to try to throw his gloves in the sea. They only got as far as the rocks though. :)

The ride was okay, the company good and the food amazing but the meet itself was sadly just another Harley fest. I'm continually surprised at how many Harleys there are in Thailand. I only noticed 4 other sports bikes; two Duc M900's, a Hayabusa and a Gixxer 750.

Ranong meeting party 2010 , 3 rd april ........venue tinidee hotel....300 baht per person(food buffet drinks,unlimited soda and wine) procession starts at the front of the hotel at 5 pm driving around the streets and various tourist attractions, 6pm music by band rawi.

Hi folks,

Thanks to all for posting info about Bike Weeks. I've been a little slow this year at compiling a comprehensive list of events as family and business have taken priority (new baby in April). As mentioned above, Ride Thailand and HD-Playground are a good source of info for many of the events. Time allowing I shall be trying to translate the Thai provided info and place the event locations onto a Google Map, from which the Latitude and Longitude can be derived for those who like to plug this info into their GPS. For example, here's the approximate location of the Northern Bike Week in November 19-20th which is at the RhongFaiFah (electric company) grounds in Mae Mo, which lies east of Lamphang...
