Attention Getter - Workman Hanging Around

A buddy of mine sent me this. He puts it up each December. This year he was asked to take it down by local cops, as it got too much attention, and cars were going off the road. One old lady stopped her car, ran across the lawn, and slightly injured herself - trying to raise the fake ladder.
