I recently moved to LOS on a One Year, Non-Immigrant Cat O (Spouse) visa with multiple entries. It is my first such visa (not a renewal) and i have been told by some that i need to leave the country every 90 days and by others that i can visit the nearest immigration office every 90 days and get a stamp in my passport.

Can someone please clarify what the correct procedure is.

You must leave. Only if you extend your stay for one year using 400k in bank account or 40k income can you stay in Thailand. But then you will have to make 90 day reports
