Yamojig
I hope some of you kind souls could give me some insight. I am flying into bkk to see the Green Day show at Impact arena. Do concerts often sell out there? What bus route would I take from swampy to the arena, if this is even possible? thanks in advance for any tips
Xonax
Take bus # 166 (19 Bath), or a shared van (25 Bath) both leaving from Victory Monument. You can go there by the BTS Mo Chit line.

asanee
Take bus # 166 (19 Bath), or a shared van (25 Bath) both leaving from Victory Monument. You can go there by the BTS Mo Chit line. That BTS wont help very much for someone coming from Swampy. IF Yamo is a hard-core bususer (which in this case I would say: forget it once) then bus 551 from Swampy BUSterminal gets there. Count on at least 2 hrs travel time. And these buses lve from different corners of the Vic.Mon. Also bus 166 makes a double loop-into pak Kred first and then back along same road for 4-5 kms into Muang Thong. When there are big concerts/matsches etc at Impact-There are giant jams anyway. if you can get a ticket (does ot thaiticketmajor or so sell anywhere-or often even the 7-11 can help out??) you can afford also that plane-and thus a taxi. IF you happen to fly domestic-try to use NOk into D.Muang-much closer by and eaiser to reach then
