Thaiquila Posted April 22, 2005 Share Posted April 22, 2005 I am curious about this food, PLA SEN, which looks and tastes like a kind of fish hot dog, of course served with sweet chili sauce. Kind of reminds me of Thai gefilte fish (if you know what that is) so to me it is better than hot dogs, which I don't like. So other than the fish, what is in this stuff? Anyone know? What % of the substance in the can is the tuna flakes you see? I love tod men pla, can eat them like pancakes. I don't like to think about what goes in and how many days the fish sat on the ice display b4 getting mashed.
