Just curious where that soi that comes into Suk 24 comes from, what other sois its connected to? Is it connected to soi 26 so that someone on soi 26 can turn into Suk 24?

Yes

It is a sub-soi connecting Soi 26 to Soi 24 and end at Soi 22, one-way through. But watchout for those motorbike taxis as they will ride contravening the one-way rule. Compliments of your friendly neighbourhood BiB.
