I have a couple of biggish (112 sqm) shells that need full refurbs - I've got some ideas what to do but it might be worth employing the services of an architect. Would like somebody local who is recommmended. I only want some rough plans regarding kitchen/bathroom, space/light etc.

I just got my house done 2 months ago which I bought from Noble Cube. I can't remember its website, I think it is homebox something but you could google it or call Leslie directly at 084 9413505. He speaks fluent English. I heard he just got another job at Noble. They get the work done for you without hassle and their price is pretty reasonable. Good luck to u!
