I agree with that, but I think it's important to have some motion sensing lights that give the impression that something has been triggered by their presence, especially if it's a secluded area with no (or few neighbors). -

The way the bus slowly veered off the road is almost like the bus driver had fallen asleep. I was once on a bus from Pattaya and I noticed the bus was slowly slowing down and changing lanes and when I looked up in the driver's mirror I could see his eyes were closed. I clapped my hands hard and shouted and he woke up, straightened the bus up and carried on. I made several loud coughs and sneezes on the rest of the journey. I never travel by bus nowadays. Nice to know that no one was killed in this accident and I hope that the injured recover quickly. -

I'd suggest that, realistically, and bearing in mind the thousands of buses on the roads in Thailand, the chances are actually very low. -

Pruning trees Thai style
Yeah, I use to put my dog in the car, take him to, & walk him down a nice tree lined, shaded country dirt road that was a refreshing change in routine for him....Next to a canal & a pleasant walk....Some folks would walk it while others took breaks there..... Now - 26 trees in a row (all) have been cut back to their trunks & it's too hot to walk it & an eye sore..... It's the accepted practice here.....
