Hi,

I will be taking the overnight train from Bangkok to Chiang Mai and then taking the bus, the same day, to Wiang Pa Pao to visit some friends. The train arrives at approximately 7:30am. Could someone tell me which is the correct bus to take? My friend told me to get off the bus in front of the Police Station in Wiang Pa Pao. Any help would be appreciated.

get a taxi to the bus station and get on any Chiang Rai bound bus. they should leave about every hour.

(I haven't been, just see on google maps that this town is on route 118 to Chiang Rai.)
