January 2, 201016 yr A neighbour of ours is over here in Thailand to visit his wife and two children, he always comes on a 30 day stamp on arrival. This has now run out so he has gone up to Laos to do a border run and will get another 15 days. He believes he can then extend this with a visit to Immigration in Bangkok on the basis of having children over here. I am not so sure as there is no visa to extend. He only requires about another 30 days in Thailand as he must return to work in Europe. What are his options? The new Immigration office in Phitsanulok covers our province.
