Can anyone tell me......?

I've just acquired a non "O" yearly visa from Udonthani immigration

I know I have to report there every 90 days from now on but foolishly didn't ask what the requirements were.

What do I need to take with me and is there a fee every 90 days or any forms to fill out?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated
