I can recommend Pattaya Garage (038 726327). I think that they mainly do insurance jobs (repaired my Honda after someone tried to steal it) but it might be worth giving them a call. The quality of their work is excellent.

They're located on Sukhumvit. If you're travelling towards Chonburi, pass the BKK Pattaya hospital, pass the main Honda Garage, on your left, continue on and look out for an Esso garage just before you get to the turing off to Naklua. Pattaya Garage is immediately after this garage, on your left. It's quite hard to spot so go slowly.
