50% Vodka And 80% Rum

I have been searching several of the big liquor shop here in Bangkok, but I cant find any 50% Vodka (Smirnoff Blue, Absolute 100, Belvedere Intense or something similar) nor can I find 80% rum (Stroh or similar). Does anyone know where to get it? I know they have them in the Duty Free shop, but it's a bit of a struggle if I have to fly, just to get at bottle of alcohol... And I have also been looking for 97% (pure ethanol) but I have no idea where find that. Hope someone can help.
