Has hotmail been blocked ?

I am receiving urgent emails from UK asking if I am OK

It appears that none of my outgoing email for the past week using Hotmail is being delivered.

Anyone else having the same problem ?

Could be something to do with  APEC, but I would like to know

Hotmail often has a few problems delivering mail, but when they do, a message is generated back to you informing you of non-delivery.

If you keep a copy of your message in a folder, you can send it again.

You should also have the recipient of your message check the spam filters on their email server. They may be inadvertently sending your emails directly to the trash can.

usually when email important or urgent letter, always send twice with 2 different email services. *just a thought*

hotmail, yahoo, excite....etc.

Mine hotmail account is fine, although during APEC my "Click TA " connection was awfully slow, suspiciously slow in fact.....
