Hello, I've been looking for a room to stay in pattaya in the month of February. I've called the Diana-Oasis but its fully booked.

I have found a few which seem half decent for the price of around 1500 baht. They're the Pattaya bay resort and the Ibis. Ibis seems rather far out of town.

Can anybody recommend any others?

Swimming pool would be nice but not essential but more important is something close to some action.

Suggestion:

Stay in Jomtien at this place. Very classy & romantic. There's a lotta bars in Jomtien, so it's got action. Or, you can take the baht bus, 20 minutes, into Pattaya for the wilder, noisier scene. Good luck, farang...!

Pattaya Bay Resort is good - swimming pool on the roof.

Ibis is at North Pattaya - opposite Big C. So not that far.

Also in that area is Sabai Empress which is new and the rooms are nice. Swimming Pool on the roof.

Lots of Gentleman who enjoy an "alternate" lifestyle live in Jomtien, some of the bars might not contain the kind of action the OP is chasing.

you wont get much for 1500 baht a month sorry couldnt resist as you didnt specify daily weekly or monthly.

You can check out The Residence Gardern Hotel....in your price range..great location and nice 1 bedroom rooms...52 sq metres...great swimming pool and good food
