Do you have any idea if i can go to Vientain by car which rented in Thailand? What's the processing time there? Is it Lao entry visa on land border on arrival for all nationals?

No on the car. Pay at boarder for Lao visa. Submit first day pick up second day. Tell March 10 free for Tourist visa.

Apply for a double entry.
