Bangkok Bank Tourist Visa Account Form

Trolling through my hard drive, I found this form from the Bangkok Bank which one needs to open an account on a tourist visa with them.

Not sure how old it is, but it should still be valid. Either 1) letter from inside Thailand (embassy or company) or 2) letter from home bank sent to BKK Bank by SWIFT; or vaguely, letter from acceptable person.

I'd recommend #2.

Ask Bangkok Bank for the form if you're here, or print the pdf to give to your bank directly if you're still at home or send it to them if you're here and having difficulties.

No guarantees, but this might help those on a tourist visa wanting an account.
