Leaving The Country During Your First Entry Or Second Entry

Featured Replies

Hi Just a newb question i need to clarify. Lets say i have a multi entry visa and a few weeks later after being in the country i want to visit a neighboring country. when i come back will they stamp my passport again or do I just show them my visa stamp. what happens when you do this? anyone know, i'm just not sure and it is out of Thailand.

Cheers

They stamp you out when you leave, upon return, complete the T.M. 6 entry card, enter your visa number, and they will stamp you in again.

You do not say what type of visa you may be holding. If multiple entry Non-B, Non-ED or Non-O visa, you will receive a new 90 day permission to stay stamp in passport at immigration on re-entry into the Kingdom (12 months if holding multiple entry Non O-A visa) as long as your visa is valid. Present passport containing visa together with new Form TM6 arrival/departure card. Nothing else to do.
