Malted Barley

I am looking for malted barley to add to flour for baking bread. The wheat flour available in Thailand does not contain any malted barley, which usually comprises 1-3 percent of the flour found in the west. I am not looking for Malted Milk, which is readily available. Does anyone know where I might be able to obtain some? I know that the breweries have to use it to make beer, but I do not think they would sell any of it retail.
