DualCitizen
I was hoping someone from this board would have some advice regarding what parts of the government or what sort of hoops one has to jump through to find out when was the last time a certain individual came into and left Thailand? Basically there's a farang guy who took a bunch of sizeable "loans" from people here and then skipped the country. I was wondering if there was anyway for me to know if this guy really left, and if he did, did he ever come back? If someone could point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it. Thanks. Dragonman
Unlikely you could legally do this purely for civil offences and not criminal. But then if you are prepared to throw more money at the matter anything is possible in Thailand. Not even possible to get exit details in UK.That's why they don't know how many tourists ever leave. They just guess!
astral
It will all be in the immigration computer, if you can find someone to do the enquiry for you. A good bottle of scotch might do the trick, or some "Tea Money"
