Could not find other forum to fit this post, hope this fits the bill

I need to replace bunch of lamps (100) - to new 3 X 1,5w led lamps. Seem to pretty expensive and would like to negotiate price down at least a bit. I remember seeing an area/street in bkk where there was loads of lamp shops - anybody has an idea where this area would be?

HomePro, at the moment they have some led lights(white,yellow,blue,green and red) with a glass cover for 420 baht or a cheaper model without this glass cover on them but it seems you have to buy the glass cover apart, i also visited a shop selling only led lights owned by a thai chinese lady where she asked me 1400 baht for something worse.....but she got a very nice BMW
