Smart Digital Online Ltd is actively seeking an experienced Finance Director to join their rapidly growing organisation in Bangkok.

This is a new role that has been created as a consequence of business growth and natural evolvement of the wider Group.

Reporting into the MD, responsibilities include;

Management of finance team across 3 offices and geographical locations and operational finance activities from transaction processing through to management reporting, forecasting and budgeting

Overseeing and reviewing current contracts with non financial colleagues

Creating and implementing group financial policies and procedures

Broad liaison across the business with both finance and non finance

Strategic input and development of finance

Candidate Outline:

A communicative and cost focused individual

Experience of managing internal structure change and a number of operational areas

Track record of profit increase, growth and cost reduction.

Responsible for financials of all operational business areas

The ability to streamline expenditure within a short space of time

A UK qualified accountant

Ideally candidates would have experience of working in a high growth business where flexibility and the ability to adapt to change are key requirements.
