i need advise from a usa tax consultant to resolve a tax problem in usa

preferably someone in pattaya or 2nd choice would be bangkok

Seach Thaivisa adds Im sure there are some tax consultants. If you have no luck I use a guy in the USA, he is really good and low price. I send him everything via email. He is a tax consultant at a law firm in the USA.
